INTRODUCTION OF 5-LAYER CARTON:
General structure of 5-layer carton A 5-layer carton is a type of carton composed of 2 layers of sine waves in the middle and 2 outer sides, and 1 surface layer in between 2 layers of waves. 5-layer carton has 5 layers of paper structure:
+ 1 layer of face paper
+ 2 layers of corrugated paper
+ 1 bottom layer between 2 corrugated layers and a 5-layer Carton bottom layer composed of 2 layers of waves interspersed between 3 layers of flat paper.
